1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us at support@instacafe.store.

2. Processing Time

• Tea Premixes: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.

• Tea Dispensing Machines: Orders are processed within 3–5 business days, subject to availability and logistics arrangements.

Note: Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and/or SMS. You can track your order directly through our logistics partner’s portal.

5. Shipment Confirmation & Invoice

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number and invoice once your order has been dispatched.

6. Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details at support@instacafe.store.

We will ensure a prompt resolution—either a replacement or refund, as applicable.

7. Undelivered or Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to incomplete/incorrect address or failure to receive, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
